Conversion Optimization

I didn’t really think about Yahoo Store SEO when I first got my Yahoo Store. I just worked hard on trying to get traffic to my site, in the hope that someone would buy something. My sales started very slowly and I began to wonder why no one was buying much from me. It was only when I thought hard about conversion optimization and that I needed to attract people to my site that were actually interested in the products that I was selling, that I started to notice a difference. It may seem really obvious, but I had no marketing training and just assumed that selling things would be easy. I think new sellers often make the mistake in thinking that buyers will just find them if their products and prices are good, but of course it is important to not only make people aware that you are there but also use conversion marketing techniques to spend your money on the right kind of advertising that converts your visits to sales. This can be tricky but if you work hard you will get there or you can always employ a company to help you out if you feel you just do not have the expertise yourself.
